Decebal Mihai Mohîrță has joined Public Affairs Solutions at the start of 2021. Currently, he is a consultant within the company. In this capacity, he provides assistance to clients through cross-sectoral research and analysis, legislative and media monitoring. Decebal Mohîrță graduated from the Faculty of History and Social Sciences at the University of Konstanz, a university that is part of the “Exzellenzinitiativ” program, thus being recognized as one of the 11 elite universities in the Federal Republic of Germany. Decebal also worked in student associations abroad, where he held a key leadership position, thus having numerous experiences in organizing events together with the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and numerous embassies. During his activity in the service of young students abroad, Decebal contributed decisively to new collaborations with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Youth Center of Bucharest, the Ministry of Education and Research, the Permanent Electoral Authority, as well as with other student organizations, and from the entrepreneurial environment. Prior to joining the company, Decebal Mohîrță was active in the United Nations Association of Germany, where he organized delegations to major global conferences and participated in numerous debate competitions. Regarding his work experience, Decebal previously worked in Management Consulting at another Romanian company.
