Vladimir Manastireanu has been with the firm since 2018, when he joined as Senior Advisor. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Drawing from deep experience in the private and public sectors, Vladimir provides advice to a wide spectrum of clients from the agri-food, industry, pharma, financial and others in reaching their business objectives.
Vladimir has an extensive background in the public administration, both central and local having served as President of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority, State Secretary in the Office of the Deputy-Prime Minister, Deputy Secretary General of the Romanian Government, Deputy Governor of Tulcea County, and MP in the Chamber of Deputies (2004 – 2008). In light of these assignments, Vladimir is the key binder with the Parliament and with the state apparatus.
Vladimir has 15 years of experience in central and local administration and politics, being involved in the main center-left party during all this time, undertaking key leading duties in the party at central and county level.
In addition to his tenure in the public sector, Vladimir also has been for three years Vice Chairman, General Manager and Quality Manager within three leading Romanian food and agribusiness companies.
