The Public Affairs Solutions website is owned by Public Affairs Solutions (PAS - for future reference). PAS is headquartered at Str. Daniel Danielopolu 30-32, Herastrau Business Center, 3rd Floor, 014134, Sector 1, Bucuresti and is registered with the Registry of Commerce under the number J2007002701407, having the fiscal code RO21045170.

Through “The PAS website” we understand any kind of webpage (website, landing page, subdomain, etc.) owned, managed, or operated under the umbrella of PAS. While navigating our Site, terms such as, but not limited to: “we”, “our” refer to PAS.

PAS includes all online information for users who accept the terms and conditions as well as other details presented in this document.

By visiting our online platform, you agree to accept and comply with the following Terms and Conditions, including the additional terms, conditions, and policies mentioned below and/or available via hyperlink. The content of the PAS Site: images, texts, web graphic elements, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, and registered trademarks are entirely the property of PAS and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Law as well as by intellectual and industrial property laws.

The use of any of the elements listed above without the consent of PAS is punishable under applicable legislation.

PAS may grant the User, through an agreement, the right to use a specific portion of the Site’s content in a manner described in that agreement. This agreement strictly applies to the defined content(s), for the duration specified in the agreement, and only for the person(s) permitted to use that content, without allowing the use of any other content from the PAS site.

Any attempt of unauthorized access to the Site and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities. Any conflict that arises between PAS and the user will be attempted to be resolved amicably, through mutual agreement between the two parties.

If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the relevant Romanian legal provisions will apply, and the resolution of disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
